Why does my TXT have weird spacing between paragraphs?

CSS `margin-bottom` on `<p>` in the EPUB sometimes maps to a Word "Space After" value the editor doesn't expect. Select-all and apply a paragraph style to normalize. The TXT content is correct; only the visual spacing differs.
